PLEASE BE ADVISED

Borough Day is based on HAVING FUN and to maintain that spirit, we **expect promotional & non-retail participants to do

MORE that just hand out brochures, tracts, flyers, applications, business cards, etc. at their stands. That’s BORING!

Promotional/non-retail participants are required to incorporate something FUN for attendees. think giveaways, activities, etc. for everyone to have a great day.

If you bring a tent, you are required to secure it in the event of wind gusts (sand bags or the like)

All participants are expected to stay until the end of the day at 4:00 pm. & must police and maintain their area to keep it clean during the day.

Please note: Vendor vehicles should be off the street by 7:30 am.

Each area is to be cleaned of any litter (& swept, if necessary) at the end of the day.

Please take with you all that you bring, including any trash, cardboard boxes, etc. Failure to comply will eliminate your chance of returning next year. Do not stuff any leftovers or packing cardboard, paper, plastic wrap in the trash barrels on the street.

Our hauler is contracted to remove visitor’s trash not vendor unwanted stuff.
A dumpster will be available for your convenience on UNION STREET NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS (at the end of the municipal lot).

We thank you in advance for helping to keep Schuylkill Haven’s streets clean.
