Borough Day is sponsored solely by local businesses & generous individuals
and in cooperation with Schuylkill Haven Borough.

After careful consideration and with much concern for the health and well-being of our Schuylkill Haven community, Schuylkill Haven Borough Day Committee

has made the difficult decision to postpone Borough Day this year.

We will be taking a break until next year.

In these uncertain and frightening times, it is impossible to predict what will be happening in the upcoming months and we cannot take on the responsibility of putting attendees, as well as residents, merchants, vendors, or entertainers at risk in any way.

Many Borough Day visitors, vendors, and entertainers travel great distances to attend Borough Day - many come from far beyond Pennsylvania's borders.  With thousands crowding our streets, it would be impossible to maintain social distancing and safety guidelines. Everyone’s safety could be at risk.
In addition, Borough Day festivities depend on the generosity of community businesses and individuals through their sponsorships and financial giving.  We know that many businesses are impacted by closings and many people are out of work.  We  cannot - will not - ask anyone to make donations to us with the hardships they are facing this year.

We thank everyone for your loyalty and support of Borough Day events over the past 31 years and even though we are taking a break for the good of our community this year, we hope to see Borough Day come roaring back into town on

Saturday, September, 25, 2021!

STAY SAFE.....STAY HEALTHY
